Hi John, I was aware because of the AU's digital transformation strategy which is feeding into work that ISO/UN and others are promoting that touches helping to build capability. Two years ago I ran workshops for BSI where we explored the policy and technical needs for DI and interoperability. Literally building a toolbox for not just Kenya but Singapore too (although they are well ahead of the game) One of my favourite organisations in all this is https://cenfri.org/ Check them out if you haven't already.
