During the past six weeks, there's been a concerted effort to formalize RIUP’s Inclusive Purpose Consent QUERY (PCQ) 

 within Kantara’s guidelines.  Thanks to the KI's Leadership Chair, Alec Laws, and Amanda, admin team, along with Tom J, 

Noreen and Justin, we received valuable input on PCQ version 1, dated 2025-05-20 . Tomorrow we will also discuss thoughts

Amanda shared that Noreen might comment on and “next steps’ that Tom recommended as part of his exchange with Alec .

If time permits I will share a few thoughts on "credentials for incarcerated individuals".
