I’m wondering if the Lifeline Assistance Program has any data on that subject.

Tom, thank you for your time and effort in reviewing and marking up the 800-63-4 2pd document for our RIUP WG.

To all RIUP WG members, to recognize Tom's efforts and the spirit of advancing our RIUP mission, I am asking each WG member to review his informative markings and to acknowledge his observation "What I found to be missing is an affirmative action plan to see whether the introduction helped the disadvantaged improve their access to services" with your insightful observation and response for our September 3rd RIUP WG meeting......thanks in advance for your input and comments.

May all have a restful evening,

Jim

It's a lot to ask for a review from all.

So what I did was to highlight every place that I thought mattered to the RIUP team.

Highlighted in orange.

Risk impact is a big addition - which I think is good. The focus is to do no harm.

What I found to be missing is an affirmative action plan to see whether the introduction helped the disadvantaged improve their access to services.
