Revised SDA (Subject Delegation of Authority): would appreciate getting feedback on delegation, particularly use cases, before Tuesday's meeting. In line or separately as you wish.  (Need WG acceptance so we can advance this to the LC, hopefully for their meeting next week.

 Noreen has responded and I spoke with Tom yesterday, on several items and the need for 'use cases'.  I read that Microsoft was going to release a new program that will be' passwordless,' relying more on biometrics, patterns and defined unique graphics with signing motions or something to that effect. I think such would be a great test for underserved populations who are credentialed via medicaid and or a local government authority,

I also reworked the addendum section to improve its structure—this is the most significantly updated part of the draft. The rest of the document includes general updates and light cleanup.

We will be voting on the RIUP charter changes
next time. Justin was not able to attend.
