Tom, thanks for your timely support in updating this draft version 9 of the DII document which was approved by RIUP WG participants yesterday, with corrections.

I am asking WG members to do one final review of this paper by this Friday afternoon, 3 PM EDT, forwarding any changes to Tom. If all is in order, later in the day,

EDT, the DII document will be forwarded to Alec, Chair of the Leadership Counsel.
