        Justin is first up on finalizing recommendations that Justin and Noreen have put forth and reviewed by our WG:

      May I suggest that you review his suggestions at this time, and if you agree with Justin's changes, respond to those copied on the email 

with an "I accept Justin's recommendations"  or " I accept all but (define that you wish to modify or make recommendations to).  Your 

response is important; we need to document all voting activity in our WG minutes.
