I have a long term standing doctor appointment tomorrow at 1 PM, and I have have asked Amanda to open the call-in line 5 minutes ahead of time knowing Justine 

and Noreen will be on the call along with Tom Jones to lead the SDA discussion ........................

Our goal is to approve it this year 2025, and forward it to the Leadership Counsel for their review.!

Noreen sent me an article ref a NYC program, being developed, to help underserved residents in the City of New York,

and will work with non profit-vendors. I read into it that there might be a need for an identity verification program.  I will attempt to 

fine tune the message, and maybe noreen can provide some insight - thank you.
