You would think, but it’s the democratic council members that are calling the mayor out for the no bid deal. I read the NY Post article. The people quoted are all the usual challengers (Lander, Stringer, et al) gearing up for the next mayoral election (except maybe Gale and a Robert, who seem to prefer the council). Meanwhile in the right wing readership is lapping it up in comments.
