Maybe it just needs to say “also maintained on this page” with a brief note of its relationship to DII.

We could certainly add a link as well to make things easier for newbies.

Aside from a few minor grammar issue, that I will go ahead and edit and commit changes for, I don't see the PCQ doc on this page. If we are including it on the DII, we should make a statement noting the relationship between these documents.
