I am on a Slack channel where I had the following interchange, which (IMHO) requires a rethink about what inclusion and transparency might be like in the coming year.

The rise of AI-native apps—especially those powered by agentic models—does challenge the browser’s dominance as the primary interface for digital life.  So - who is wrapping who here?But we have been here before - remember when Farmville was 12% of facebook's revenue? But what happened?The shift to mobile apps left FarmVille behind. It was built for desktop browsers and struggled to adapt to the new UX expectations.
Competitors like Candy Crush and Clash of Clans dominated mobile attention.Burnout was another problem - too much of a good thing? When it isn't even a good thing? And it gets replaced by Candy Crush? Who thought that was an improvement?Is anybody out there using ChatGPT as their primary phone UI yet?

I think lots of us have linked ChatGPT and Claude on our phone lock screens. Does that answer your question? (edited)

whoa - i didn't even think about that - so you accept that chat gpt is your primary notification channel?  I guess you already think that is loyal to you?  So the choice has already been made by some of you
