I would add the direct link: https://dl.acm.org/doi/pdf/10.1145/3731725 I like what they are saying about adhering to WCAG as a baseline. WCAG has three levels of compliance, A, AA and AAA. Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act requires AA for federal websites, as does ADA Title II fo sa and local government sites. Some data privacy laws also specify WCAG compliance for commercial entries. California CPRA specifies version 2.1, GDPR just says “the latest standard,” but version 3.0 is the next release. Noreen
