The team is created. My suggestion is for James (cc'd for convenience) to send Slack invitations to everyone who is on the weekly WG event invitation using the email addresses that are on that event. If you are not on there, or you wish a Slack invite sent to you at a different email address, please send him a note saying so. Of course, if you're not interested in Slack, you can just ignore/delete the invitation.
