This is rev 7 -- the final is due *tomorrow*. ...But I think we're pretty much there. Ludwig Seitz was kind enough to send me some comments and I have incorporated quite a few changes in response. Maciej and I are meeting Saturday to prep; we've got 27 substantive slides, 31, if you count the optional ones, so presentation timing will be a bit tight!
