Thanks to Justin for doing some "interactive claims gathering" work in our swimlane! That was what I was setting out to do this morning, so it was a nice surprise. I did some other stuff to make sure it was all up to date, accurate, and coherent for the new "authorization process" and "set math" bits. Please yell if you've got comments or questions.
