[WG-UMA] Issues to be discussed in APAC-friendly sync and regular WG call: please read up

There’s a lively discussion going on in the GitHub issues. If everyone attending these meetings (and even *not* able to attend them) can please read up on issues 153, 154, and 165 at a minimum, and think, research, and comment as they see fit, we will be much better prepared to take action on resolutions.
