Remember: Our current goal is to hold a WG vote by March 9 -- once we're satisfied all V2.0 issues are burned down, on publishing a WG draft as a "LAST CALL" exercise lasting a small handful of weeks. We'll be using this period to invite any interested parties to join our group to participate in finalizing the specs and feeding back any implementation lessons. (Note: This is not a "public comment/IPR review" period. That will happen subsequently.)
