Please respond in this thread if you can generally attend if we extend the calls in this way (tacking 30 minutes onto the beginning). I would count the first 30 minutes as more "ad hoc" than "quorate" if really necessary, but think it would help tremendously if we could get enough people on to continue working through and discussing issues and lining up propositions for the top of the "first real hour".
