The advocates in the linked article make a good case why the health records of children with congenital health issues that now survive much longer should be kept for life. But this puts burden on the health information custodians with respect to staying in touch with the adult, respecting their consent directives, and respecting regulatory requirements.How much better would be a patient managed/controlled/owned resource server...?
