As we were reaching out to potential external reviewers and other interested parties, we were getting questions about where the legal info was on the site, so I did a bit of consolidation and updating, and created the tinyurl. (Note also that the UMA wiki and the KI site generally have been updated to reflect the publication of the UMA V1.0.1 Recommendations!)

Next I'll do my action item about creating open issues for the editorial questions that have arisen on the model text.
