The UMA specs, certified by LC for All-Member Ballot, are now uploaded and can be accessed at:

As you can see, the status of both specifications changed to the following:

"This Draft Recommendation was developed by the User-Managed Access Work Group and has been certified by the Leadership Council to undergo a Kantara All-Member Ballot."

We should be discussing these specs on today's call.
