As people will have seen from our minutes of last Thursday, the winning slot for (what I'm now calling) our "alternate-week" meeting series is Thursdays at 10am Pacific, etc., starting this coming week, July 2nd. I have created a new calendar entry. Our regular GoToMeeting link was fortunately available for this series, so you can keep using that link when you join.

I invited all of our voting participants and all of the people who voted for this time slot to the calendar entry...and I also kept all the people who were already invited to (what is now called) the "primary-week" meeting series. If you wish to be removed (e.g. because you can never make it to the new time), please let me know. And if you wish to be added to either or both, please let me know that too.

Last chance to fill in the poll. I'll pick a result by tomorrow night and share in Thursday's meeting, with a plan for us to start using that time next week. Thanks!

Thanks to all those who have responded to the Doodle poll so far! Please keep those cards and letters coming. We'll close the poll by Wednesday night so we can make a reasonable determination by our meeting time on Thursday.

We're in an off-week now. Next week is our on-week. The week of Monday, June 29 is the first off-week in which I'm suggesting we start meeting, and I have also used that as our sample week for the poll. Please respond as soon as you can, and we'll figure out the best slot by the time our on-week meeting time rolls around. If you have any questions, let me know in this thread. Thanks!
