I thought I'd draw your attention to this new-ish issue:

We say the ticket parameter is OPTIONAL, but, rather, I think it should be REQUIRED on some responses and it MUST be absent on others. Can I get a sanity check on this? If it's an easy one, I can take care of it in rev 15.
