There is a roughly two-week period starting -- if my calculations are correct -- next week, when North America and other parts of the world experience what I refer to as "summertime skew" (as in "There ain't no cure for the...") because we all start/end daylight saving time on different dates. This group treats North America as canonical because, well, it's where I live. :-)
