[WG-UMA] FYI, the WG call in two weeks has been moved to Fri Oct 21

I've already moved the calendar entry from Thu Oct 20 at 9am PT to Fri Oct 21 at 9am PT, just after the legal call. I checked, and it looks like Europe, at least, won't have shifted off summertime yet.
