[WG-UMA] UMA Issues

As promised, I’ve documented and filed the various bugs in the UMA spec that I’ve found while trying to implement it: https://github.com/xmlgrrl/UMA-Specifications/issues/created_by/jricher <https://github.com/xmlgrrl/UMA-Specifications/issues/created_by/jricher> Most of these would require breaking changes to fix properly, so they’re not really targeted at UMA 1.0 errata in my personal opinion. Several of the issues cascade on one another: for example, fixing #153 as suggested in the ticket would solve a number of other issues simultaneously. — Justin
