Justin and/or Maciej, would you be willing to take “Permission Ticket Management”? I remember that Justin had written some candidate text that we opted not to include in the actual spec, but I’ve gone nuts trying to find it in the mail archives or GitHub with no success. Justin or others (Allan?), what else might there be to say about “Default-Deny Policy Decision-Making Behavior”?
