The resulting matrix was interestingly challenging – sign of the times. :-) We can't accommodate everyone all of the time, but I believe we can optimize our opportunities by doing the following: * Move our "traditional" Thursday call a half-hour later, to 6:30am PT / 9:30am ET / 2:30pm UK / 3:30pm CET – could start this week * Officially change to a biweekly (fortnightly) schedule, to acknowledge reality – when there's a conflict or holiday, could move the meeting to the next week or could cancel, as necessary The people who said they could attend the new Thursday time besides myself are Sal, Andi, Nancy, Cigdem, Adrian, and Lisa. I'm willing to hold ad hoc sync meetings for those who can't make it when we can get critical mass, and adjust participants' voting status as necessary. Sound like a plan?
