We’re really close to getting the Public Review notification out. The online comment form has been changed in anticipation, and Oliver helped us solve what turned out to be a charset mystery, so the odd characters in the HTML specs are now gone. I’m hoping it will launch tomorrow, which means (I think...carry the one...:-) that we should close it on Monday November 2, the Monday just after IIW.
