Hello Andrew, I haven't studied how other common law countries or those in the civil law system are treating access rights to digital assets (in the estate/post-death situation). But, because this is relevant to any participant in the digital society/economy, I have to believe that the RUFADAA concepts would be of great interest outside of the US. As a follow-up to today's call, the Revised Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act has been enacted in 43 states (with DE having the previous version). In 2019, it was introduced in DC, MA, PA.
