Catherine, Great slide, nice to have the visual after our conversation. We should find a way to integrate this into our work. The "Rarely" use case is significant, and often ignored. For future work, slide #2 could include ID event journals, for example, a daily capture of ID events in a typical, or not so typical day. NIST did this with N=25, attached is the Authentication Diary Study.
