I wanted to post the revised outline before the meeting and close out my action item. The outline now contains draft narrative text for Sections 1 and 5–10. Sections 2, 3, 4, 11, and 12 remain in bullet form intentionally so the group can discuss priorities, scope, and drafting assignments together. A brief note on process: I developed this draft using an AI-augmented research and writing workflow. For this effort, Claude served as the primary drafting and editing partner, while ChatGPT and Gemini challenged assumptions, identified gaps, reviewed structure, and provided alternative perspectives. I defined the outline, guided the direction of the work, reviewed all recommendations, and made the final editorial decisions. The resulting content reflects my judgment, not the independent judgment of any AI system. I also recognize that my own interests tend to focus on individual autonomy, delegation, and governance questions that extend beyond the enterprise. I tried to keep the draft aligned with the charter and the group's current scope while still surfacing governance questions relevant to the topic.
