Good afternoon all: Somehow--it's early December already! I hope everyone is winding down and ready to relax in whatever fashion best suits you :). I've got a few reminders in this email, and expect to regroup with everyone in January. 1. AGM slides: Thank you to those Groups who submitted materials (New groups-I'm handling your slides). If you have not, please submit ASAP for inclusion in the AGM deck (template attached). *A draft deck will go out tomorrow, December 5 for Chairs to review for any final edits. * And if you need to register for AGM, you may do so here <https://kantarainitiative.org/agm/>! 2. December Leadership Council Call: Cancelled! 3. January Leadership Council Call: This call will include a Chair orientation segment to support our WG/DG Chairs (especially for our new Groups) more fully in 2026. Please submit any topics you'd like to focus on or questions to be answered! 4. New DGs: Shadow AI and BIT officially launched in November! We are still sorting out meeting days/times, and necessary admin, but the proposers (and most likely Chairs), Paul (BIT) and Chris (Shadow AI), have been added to this mailing list and to our calendar event.
