My apologies for not making this week's meeting. I have been trying to catch up on work with post-COVID brain. It has not been easy for me to keep on top of everything and I've been missing other meetings or just deciding not to go. I did go through the document and made some suggested changes to copy, wording, citations and format. I renamed the revision number to Draft, Revision 4. I wasn't sure if Registration Ceremony was supposed to be a bullet under the section or it's own Header 2 section, so I formatted it as a bullet and indented the information below. Maybe the steps of the registration ceremony should be numbered? I think this looks good and if I can submit a retroactive vote as such, let me know. Hi, I didn’t know if I should make a new topic or what? @Noreen feel better! Instead of commenting on this version, I figured I’d extend my previous discussion of color signals… As we navigate the intricacies of Digital Identifier Inclusion, blockchain technology, particularly the Chainlink oracle network, presents us with new avenues for our identity verification processes. The integration of blockchain technology assures a security architecture that guarantees data integrity, which is essential across the diverse range of validation requirements we encounter, from 'Over 18+ Club Entry' to complex medical data access controls. Chainlink's capacity to facilitate the seamless integration of real-time, external data into smart contracts enhances the ‘currentness’ and accuracy of the data we rely upon. This fortifies the trust in our 'Verified Claims', providing an additional validation layer through its decentralized oracle network. Further enriching our toolkit, the concept of colored signals, in conjunction with Chainlink, enables nuanced data management that caters to varying levels of trust. This becomes especially pertinent in our system's handling of a wide spectrum of credentials. It allows for a dynamic range of responses, from verified claims to trustless verifications, with the fidelity of each response being tailored to the necessary level of risk associated with the transaction. This approach affords us the flexibility to provide an array of answers - each with a level of assurance matched to the specific context of use. Such a system not only enhances the security of digital identities but also their inclusivity and accessibility. See, https://chain.link/education-hub/blockchain-identity.

Good afternoon to all and happy trick or treat day!
The good news today is that we had a productive RIUP WG meeting a few hours ago that will set the stage for a productive meeting next week; that is a week form today at 1 PM – November 7th, election day. Please carve out time on your calendar to attend. We will be rereviewing the enhanced draft document that Tom Jones sent you about 90+ minutes ago and which I have attached.
Additional RIUP WG information to follow along with another meeting reminder that this is a value add document for the underserved population and we need to push it over the finish line in the weeks ahead.
Have a good week and enjoy family and friends,

This sounds like a very specific solution. IMO we should avoid getting into such a level of detail. ..tom On Tue, Nov 7, 2023 at 8:02 AM Justin Byrd <justin@machi-systems.com<mailto:justin@machi-systems.com>> wrote: Hi, I didn’t know if I should make a new topic or what? Note: I am not a Chainlink shill, I own no crypto or LNK. I’m just a big fan of the tech and I think it is spot on here.
