This sentence mentions PCQ: The current draft of the "Inclusive Purpose and Consent Query" work document is maintained on this page and will in work group development. Aside from a few minor grammar issue, that I will go ahead and edit and commit changes for, I don't see the PCQ doc on this page. That's a little confusing. The PCQ doc is literally ON THAT PAGE. Just look up at the list of items on the page. We could certainly add a link as well to make things easier for newbies.
