Things to read very carefully, please: - Section 1.4.2 -- that's the "money" content - The transplanted stuff at the end that used to live in the Authorization Assessment subsection in Section 3.6 (it probably doesn't need to be in the spec anymore) - Section 9.4 (could be done all wrong) With how we've got this done now, I suspect "previous RPT" logic won't be all that hard to express. And even if the current logic is wrong, we now have a good handle on how to express ourselves (thanks to Justin, George, James, and others...). I'll get an agenda out tomorrow.
