It would be easier for me to skip this week's meeting. I am focused elsewhere. From the current outline, I’d be happy to help draft or contribute to sections such as: - Identity vs. Authority — The Core Gap - Delegation and Agent Behavior - Failure Modes - Why Current Controls Fall Short - Toward a New Control Point - Governance Considerations Best, Deb On Thu, May 21, 2026 at 11:15 AM Olsen, Chris D. via Dg-shadow-ai < dg-shadow-ai@kantarainitiative.org> wrote:
Hello Shadow AI team!
I have a conflict that I am unable to change today. My Apologies for the short notice. @Brion Muldoon <brion@identos.ca> If you can drive today, please sully forth. If that is not an option we can cancel today’s session.
Homework for the team - please review the outline and add to the content with your thoughts.
Best regards, Chris
