That's a little confusing. The PCQ doc is literally ON THAT PAGE. Just look up at the list of items on the page. We could certainly add a link as well to make things easier for newbies. If you want to edit, can you just do a pull request?

Aside from a few minor grammar issue, that I will go ahead and edit and commit changes for, I don't see the PCQ doc on this page. If we are including it on the DII, we should make a statement noting the relationship between these documents.
